What’s a personal mantra or philosophy you live by?
quality. I find that these days, there are soooooo many liars and cheats that it’s a real challenge to be honest.
But it works. Liars aren’t usually ever so good covering there intentions. Granted, there are some who blatantly and in an almost theatrical way they manage to confound, confuse and, worse, destabilise their victims.
Not just politicians. Heads of companies, those people promoting AI as well as a multitude of the less famous and everyday ordinary people.
Of course, most of these every day people are just following the herd. It doesn’t require any personal strength to lie or cheat. Deception is an easy trait to learn. Everybody does it, they would say.
Excuse me? My personal integrity is important to me even if they want to give away their dignity as a human.
Before you start writing to ask if I’ve ever lied, the answer is yes and no but mostly yes – in a specific situation I regret to say.
Notwithstanding this exception I’m renewing my desire to be honest daily. What can I say, I’m only human.
And yes, it should be “the best policy”. You might want to go back to the 1st sentence to make sense of this one.
Any road up, that’s me done today. Hope you’re mantra’s going well for you!
Happy Monday.
