Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?
as the singer sang. “But then again too few to mention”.
I once was tempted to be unfaithful to my wife. She was someone we both knew. I was flattered of course. She was younger, shapely, funny – it would have been easy to take it too far.
It’s a mentally exhausting battle and I nearly lost. The cost was disproportionate to the result. The many months of regret, resentment, feelings of betrayal were difficult to deal with.
I was in the wrong. It would be easy to make excuses. Resentment is a very difficult feeling to overcome. The ideal thing would be to go back in time and choose a different outcome.
Can’t happen of course. Round the time, there was a song that summed up the situation. Some of the lyrics were: ‘sorry seems to be the hardest word’ and another song said ‘if I could turn back time’.

Sad to say, it’s a situation that I’ve seen that causes the breakup of many couples. I hope you’re not on the receiving end of such a fault.
Appreciation is key. I hope you appreciate what you have got. If it’s wavering, do something about it and don’t delay.
Unlike the song (he did it his way) giving and working together is the superior response.
Be thankful. Be kind. Behave! But most of all, Be true to yourself and the one you love
Good health!
