You’re going on a cross-country trip. Airplane, train, bus, car, or bike?
So 1st I’d have to fly to the USA. I’d land in Atlanta (apologies to New York but you’re not an apple I’d pluck!).
From there I’d hike to the Grand canyon and get some proper geology in my senses.
Then I’d cycle to New Mexico. Where I’d have a good look round the Sierra Nevada. Possibly do a paragliding experience to see it all from above.
Then it’s a Greyhound bus to LA. But I’m not stopping there. I don’t go in for smoke and mirrors. It’s merely a place where I can hitch a ride to the California Redwood park.
I’m not sure I’d ever leave. It’s so magnificent to be in the presence of such beauty and grandeur. I’d have to invent a device that would keep my mouth shut or I’d be forever walking round like a yawning man! Not a great look I’m thinking.
After a long time, or possibly never, it would be great to go up to Yosemite. I’ve heard there’s some great geezers up there! For my American cousins: a geezer in England is an amazing bloke (oops!! Person.) I am of course referring to the geological geyser. It’s a synonym see?
After all that somersaulting with grammar (she doesn’t do gymnastics by this way) it’s time to catch a train across Canada before flying home.
Mind you, I’m probably never getting past paragraph 4!
Bon voyage, kalo taxedi, go lightly and enjoy your trip.
