Healthy living has to include all the above and don’t forget to have a treat now and then.

Water when your thirsty, forget all that ‘so many litres per day’ rubbish.

As someone with chronic kidney disease, I once asked a top British kidney consultant- “what’s a portion of food?’

He said “what you can hold in 1 hand”. Simple! Ever since I’ve stuck to that and for 13 years my CKD has been stable.

In that respect,  I’ve learned that the above is really true and worthwhile.
